February 20th. My party.
I talked to Mother before my party. BAD IDEA. She wouldn't stop talking about how Paul and Elizabeth are not allowed to go to my party because there was going to be drinking there. Of course, I placated her and was like "Fine. Ok." but really, the decision was already made, and there was no way I was going to stop it. She was like "I mean it Lindy!" Oh well. So they came. Lots of people came, but not everyone I thought would come. Jim came. Which was weird. I actually spent a whole freaking lot of time shutteling people to and from my party because the stupid resort won't freaking more than 6 cars per room part at the resort. So, damn it. When I finally did begin to enjoy myself, a bunch of my theatre friends were in the jaccuzi and we played Psycatrist, which is a game where you end up admitting stuff. Well, oh goodie, Jim admitted that he wants to hook up with me at my party. Which is just great, because he 's really short, and kind of weird. Not. Not excited about that. But I laughed anyway, because what else do you do? Paul and Elizabeth also had a bunch of friends there. About half the people there were college students and half were high schoolers. And they all drank. Some of them were playing beer pong on the table in the living room and I was freaking out like "No! Don't do that! It'll spill on the carpet!" They were like "Relax. It won't" A bunch of us took a shower together in the huge, double head shower. That was fun. Jim was there though. Which was weird. We were all in swim wear though, so don't worry. It wasn't sexual or anything. We just washed hair. We have a bunch of pics from stuff, even the shower, but I'm always smiling for the pic, while everyone else was doing whatever, which was kind of weird. Then, a bunch of the theatre people, who were drinking, played theatre games, which was fun. I love that we played theatre games at my party. Earlier, the first game we all played was Light as a Feather, Stiff as a Board, which I've wanted to play ever since I saw that one episode of South Park. It didn't work though. Maybe it's because we were all fighting off laughing, but we tried really hard! My party was a major make-out party. Marie & her friend Lauren were there. They found a couple of guys. Now Lauren's dating hers. Even Elizabeth was interested in someone there. I think the biggest one I have to comment on though was Derek and Evie. They were going to be 2 of the leads in my movie (Which I am not doing now, because of just a ton of crap that happened, including those two. I'm upset, but what can you do?) So the second they saw each other, something. And they ended up majorly making out and cuddling and all that. I'm relieved they didn't actually f*ck. That ended badly though, because the next day, the two of them and me all hung out and saw Shutter Island, and then, right before he dropped her off, she was like "I should probably tell you that I'm 17" and that was pretty much the end of it, and she was hurt. I'm kind of pissed at him for being an a** about it, but hey, what can you do? But before that, during the theatre games, someone spilled red soda on the carpet. Which really got me freaked out. I was upset after that. And, I wasn't even drunk at my own party. I kept cleaning up everything. I had half a smernof Ice at my party. That was it for my drinking. People told me that if I was drunk, I wouldn't be freaking out about the red soda spill. But oh well. Then, when people started going to sleep, (there were 2 beds, and 2 couches that pulled out into beds), Me, Derek, and Evie pulled out the couch bed and were going to sleep on that, and Jim just crawled right on in and planted himself right up next to my body. I tried really hard to ignore how uncomfortable it was (it would have been even if he hadn't admitted to wanting to hook up with me), but I just couldn't. After awhile, I came up with this brilliant plan. Because they were watching TV, I was like "It's too loud!" and I left. So that was the great plan. And I went into the mildly spacy closet. It wasn't a tiny closet, but my legs were still really cramped. However, I did manage to stay there for a good several hours. At about 5am, I came out of the closet. I just have to say it. I've been telling people that story with that punchline and every time, it's still just as funny. Then began the process of shuttling people back to their cars and getting rid of them. Once they were all gone, I slept for a few hours. When I woke up, Evie and Paul and his friends were the only ones there, and once Paul and his friends were gone, it was just me and Evie, and we went out to Ruby's for lunch. Then, Derek came and we saw the movie, and you already know how that story ended. Well, I still had the resort for the week, but after that, I really wanted to sleep in my own bed and I was kind of partied out. So I went home. Sunday night and Monday night I slept at home. Tuesday Night, my friend Crystal came and spent the night. Wednesday night too. Thursday night, Crystal invited her friend Chad to join us (this was after the Theatre Spring Flight party, which there isn't much to report on. It was fun. I looked good. David's still with Lindsey.) Chad had actually come to my party too, but I guess I was too busy then to really notice how attractive he was. So Thursday night, I had several "moments" with Chad. Then, Crystal decided to also invite her brother and her brother's friend, who were bar hopping a few cities over. So they showed up, and along with them, a random drunk guy. Random drunk guy's name was Kyle. And he was REALLY drunk. I was trying to watch Clerks 2, and now all these people were there. So they started to drink the alcohol. Kyle got a few more beers, making him even drunker. And he passed out on one of the couch chairs. Then, brilliantly, Crystal's brother's friend woke him up to ask him for a cigarette, which kind of made me want to smack him, because GOOD JOB, YOU WOKE THE DRUNK GUY UP! So drunk guy's awake now, and he remembers drunkenly that he has work at 9am, and apparently (so he says) he works as an intern in a law office. So drunk guy makes a few pretend phone calls (on his phone, which was off), and tries to leave, but Crystal takes his keys and hides them. I video taped a fun conversation on my phone between Kyle and Chad where Kyle's asking people where his phone is, and the whole time he's holding it. Then he's like "Who has my phone!?" and he throws his phone on the floor. After that conversation, Kyle decides to walk out the door and to his car. So out he goes. At first, Crystal's like "Just let him go." So we do. Then, after a few minutes, we're like "Ug. Let's go get him." So we go out after him. He's headed in the wrong direction, up a hill. So Crystal gets him to come down off the hill by promising him we'd take him to his car. We take him back, and Crystal, Chad and I decide that we'll take him to his car, pick up his car, and drive both him and his car to his house. So we drive him down there, and as soon as we get to his car, he's like "Let me out." Once he's out, he lays down on the hood of my car for awhile while Chad and Crystal discuss who's going to drive him. Then, Kyle's like "I'm not letting either of you drive my car." And he get's in his car. Then I'm like "Just let me slap him. I'll slap him." And Crystal and Chad hold me back and are like "Don't Lindy." I've got to say, I feel like a little piece of my heart is gone because I didn't get to slap the drunk guy. I REALLY wanted to slap him. Well, he shuts the door and zooms off at 100 mph down a 55 mph street. Crystal and Chad are like "Quick! Get in the car and follow him!" So we get in and are chasing after him, trying to get the licence plate number (which, would have been brilliant of us to get before he drove away), so we can tell the 911 people we're on the phone to reporting him it. Crystal thought we should report him before anything bad happened. We're chasing after him, they're like "Just run the light Lindy." "Go faster, you're loosing him!" I was already going 80, and I was fairly certain that if I got pulled over and was like "No, dude, listen, we're chasing this really drunk guy, it's not us you want, it's him!" It would go over the greatest. Especially since I had had a little alcohol. Hardly any. Not even enough to be buzed, but I knew even that would not go over well at all. Then, they told Crystal "Oh, I think we got him." Which was when we turned around and went back to the resort, but I was really sad. I wanted to see him get busted! And the stupid f*cking drunk guy was driving in the wrong direction of where he said he lived anyway. Moron. Back at the resort, Crystal told me the story of how Chad was her first love. And then he broke up with her. So I can't like Chad anymore. Next morning, Crystal and Chad were gone (he had to take her to school), and her brother and her brother's friend were still there. Which, was great to tell my dad when he called later. In fact, Dad was like "Who's still there?" and I was like "Ua.. two of my friends." "Guys or girls?" "Guys..." "What are their names?" F*ck. I didn't remember. "Luke and George." Later, Crystal's brother's friend was like "So who's Chad's girlfriend? Is it you?" and I had to be like "No." Conveniently though, they both work at 6 Flags, so they're going to get me and some friends in sometime. It was a little weird though later when Crystal's brother was joking about asking me out or something in texts after all that. But whatever. It's done. Friday. So, Thursday, I had asked Radoslava to hem one of me and Elizabeth's work uniforms, because we both worked on Saturday. Friday, it was still un-hemed. Because apparently, even though I called Friday night months ago, Radoslava had since told Dad that she wanted Friday night, and he agreed to that too. Then Paul and I asked for Friday night again, and he said yes. Radoslava, her spawn, and dad were supposed to stay there Sunday night, Monday night, and Tuesday night, maybe even Wednesday, but, due to lack of thinking, Radoslava hadn't thought in advance that she'd have to be driving her spawn back and forth from school there, which is like an hour drive, so she didn't stay those days. So Radoslava was angry. Which started another fight. Friday afternoon, Me, Paul, Elizabeth, and some of their friends were hanging out at me and Elizabeth's room when Dad came in and was like "I'll give you all $20 if you each testify that Radi's son is truely horrible, because she doesn't believe it." More later. I have to go take in groceries.
